[ HACKATHON ENVIRONMENT ]

We aim to provide for tenants for a successful Hackathon:

Be respectful. Be thoughtful. Be open. Be awesome.

To that end, the organizers can choose any of the following disciplinary  actions if your are found not in the spirit of the event:

• Warn the individual(s) about their behavior, comments or actions
• Disband and disqualify the team formed
• Ask individual(s) to leave the Hackathon premise
• Revoke access to the Smart Cities Algiers conference

[ GUIDELINES ]

For each team, please make sure you focus on identifying a problem and how the team has addressed it.

Make sure when identifying the problem, present how large, complex or inefficient the current state is.

Your solution should demonstrate how you have solved the problem and what aspects might still need to be address or enhanced in future versions.

It’s better to show a complete, well-thought out answer from beginning to end, than trying to show multiple features that you have developed but might not correlate to the problem you are trying to solve.

Be creative in how you want to present to the Judges!
