The AEC is an engineering competition that gathers innovators and tech enthusiasts to work on solving technical and industrial problems under the support and supervision of international experts and mentors, it’s main purpose is about bridging the Algerian global industry needs and technology solutions built by innovators. The participation is open to start-ups, students, fresh graduates, and researchers from different universities and schools in Algeria, as it is open for the Algerian diaspora in big cities around the world including Paris, Montreal and the Silicon Valley in San Francisco.
The competition is a great opportunity that allows participants to showcase their creativity, innovation and problem solving skills around a case given by industry experts and companies.

  Scale and novelty of the technology being used, and/or the architectural approach taken.

  Ability for the team to reach a conclusion about the viability of the project.

  Total impact of the idea and impact on cost of goods sold (COGS).
• Quality of Presentation
  Ability for the judges to clearly understand (a) what the desired functionality is, and (b) see that the functionality is behaving as expected.
